About roof repairs

A tiled roof is a system. Tiles shed the water, ridge caps seal the peaks and hips, valleys carry water off the roof, and flashings seal the joins against walls, chimneys and skylights. When one part fails, water finds its way in, and a small problem on the roof can turn into a stained ceiling, wet insulation or rotting timber underneath.

Yes. Small repairs are part of what we do. Tell us what you have noticed and we will quote it.

Do you match the existing tiles?

We source the closest matching tile we can. Older profiles can be hard to find, and if an exact match is not available we will tell you before any work starts.

Do you do internal work like ceilings?

No. We only work on the outside of the roof. If there is internal damage you will need a separate trade for that.

Is storm damage covered by insurance?

That depends on your policy. We support insurance work and can provide the written quote and photos your insurer may ask for.
