The whole roof is high-pressure cleaned to strip moss, lichen and built-up grime.
Part of the restoration, not an add-on. On tiled roofs, broken tiles are replaced and ridge caps re-bedded and repointed. On metal roofs, rust is treated.
A protective roof coating goes over the whole roof to seal it and bring the colour back.
Because most of what we need to price a restoration can be measured from above. It saves you time and gets you a real number faster.
Satellite imagery shows the top of your roof. It can't show what's under the tiles or sheets.
So your quote is fixed for the work written on it. If we're up there and find something that wasn't visible from above, we stop, show you photos, and give you a written price for the extra work.
Nothing extra is done or charged unless you approve it first.
If the imagery isn't clear enough to quote properly (heavy tree cover, for example), we'll tell you straight away and ask for a few photos instead.
Products and workmanship meet Australian Standards and are covered by our 10-year workmanship warranty after we restore your roof. The warranty covers the area of roof we restore, including all materials and workmanship. It comes with your invoice when the job's done.

For a restoration, no. We measure and assess the roof from satellite imagery and price it from that. If the imagery isn't good enough to quote properly, we'll tell you and ask for photos before we give you a price.
It can happen. Satellite imagery shows the top of the roof, not what's underneath, so things like rotted battens or damage hidden under tiles can't be seen beforehand. If we find something outside the quoted scope, we stop, show you photos and give you a written price for it. You decide whether to go ahead. Nothing extra is done or charged without your OK, and the price for the work on your original quote doesn't change.
Yes, for the work written on your quote. Anything extra is only added if you approve it in writing first.
Yes. As well as the restoration we can replace valleys, replace tiles, paint roofs and take on similar extra work. Tell us in the notes when you ask for a quote. We look at those extras and price them while we prepare your restoration quote, so everything is written up front. The main offer on this page is still the full restoration.
Accept your quote and pay the deposit. For quotes over $600 in total, a 25% deposit is required on acceptance, and your booking date is made once the deposit is received.
Not for the quote. For the job itself we just need safe access to the roof and the outside of the house. We'll sort out the details with you before the day.
No. A restoration is outside-of-the-roof work only. Nothing inside the house or roof space.
