A metal roof restoration deals with that before the rust gets through the sheet. The roof is cleaned, rust is treated, loose fixings are attended to, and the roof is coated in a colour you choose.
Metal roofs expand and contract with heat, which can loosen screws over time and let water in around them. Checking fixings during a restoration is just as important as the coating itself.
